Who is responsible

What data I keep and why
When you fill in the contact form I keep what you write: your name and your partner's, email, phone, the date and place of the event, number of guests and your message. I also keep the emails we exchange about your enquiry. I use them only to reply, send you a quote and, if we work together, plan your session or your wedding.
If you reached this site from somewhere else, such as an ad, Instagram or Google, I keep where you came from, so I know which channels work.
Everything stays in my own system, on this site's server. I don't sell your data or pass it on to anyone to sell you things.
Cookies and the Meta pixel
This site uses the Meta pixel, from the company behind Facebook and Instagram. It is code that uses cookies to record visits and some actions, such as sending the form or tapping the WhatsApp button. It helps me measure my ads and show them to people who are likely to be interested. When you send the form, it also passes your email and phone to Meta in encrypted form, so it can tell whether you came from an ad. Meta handles that information under its own privacy policy.
Until 30 November 2026 the pixel turns on when you visit the site. From 1 December 2026, only if you accept it in the cookie notice. You can change your choice here at any time:

How long I keep it
I keep your enquiry while it helps me reply to you or while we work together, and after that only what the law requires me to keep, such as contracts and receipts. If we don't move forward, you can ask me to delete it whenever you like.
Your rights
